I’m Casandra Ibarra, the proud owner of Cardinal Endurance Inc. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

From the time I was young, I have been ambitious and resourceful. After my education and working in various companies in varying capacities, I desired to get out of my box and do something out of my normal realm. Fortunately for me, I discovered this business while on LinkedIn.

Now, one year and four months later, we are seeing tremendous growth and great results. We are growth and leadership-focused rather than merely skill-set-focused, and we see this in every department.

I am a people person through and through, so seeing others grow and personally develop is exciting. The most rewarding part for me is helping others realize their true potential.

My motto is just because you are struggling does not mean you are failing. I believe every great success requires some struggle, and I am determined to keep moving forward until I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

As an individual, I believe my honesty, transparency, leadership, and hard work set me apart from others.

I attribute my success to my fantastic team. We work as one, and all care about one common goal.

Everything shifted for me when I finally started to believe that I also deserved success. When I realized I am worthy of all good things was a moment that has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different interests and hobbies. However, I most enjoy working out, cooking, and spending time with my amazing family.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
